Raven Baxter is at it again, as she and her best friends Chelsea and Eddie use their ridiculous scheming to try to change the future that Raven has seen. However, they often don’t consider the consequences their outrageous plots might have on their lives. Cory tries to improve his social standing by joining a hip “extreme” skateboarding group…even though he doesn’t know how to skateboard. And, when Raven starts having problems with her visions, she considers having them removed permanently!
