It is 1926 and the Doctor and Jo arrive on board the SS Bernice, a small cargo ship in the Indian Ocean. But is all that it seems? As strange world intermingle and collide, it becomes clear that the TARDIS crew are trapped inside some sort of hideous entertainment machine.
